Lavender Lemonade Mojito

What you’ll need:

  • 1 small bunch Mint
  • 3/4 cup Lavender simple syrup *Try our Lavender Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Rum, light
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions:

  • In a pitcher, muddle mint leaves with lemon juice until well combined. Add water, rum, and 3/4 cup chilled lavender simple syrup. Stir.
  • Pour drink into ice-filled glasses.

Blueberry Lavender Sangria

What you’ll need:

Instructions:

  • To make sangria, fill a glass with ice. Add lavender simple syrup, blueberries, and prosecco. Stir gently and enjoy!
  • To make a pitcher: Add a pint of blueberries and 1/3- 1/2 cup simple syrup to a pitcher. Add one 750 ml bottle or prosecco. Stir and serve over ice.

Blackberry Lavender Champagne Cocktail

What you’ll need:

Instructions:

  • Boil blackberries, maple syrup and vodka, mashing berries gently as they cook until blackberries are broken down (about 5 minutes). Add lavender flowers (removing from stem if they are fresh) and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  • Optional: if time permits allow to steep for at least 1 hour and up to 2 days in fridge.
  • To serve: pour 1 tablespoon blackberry sauce into a champagne flute, add a stem of fresh lavender and top with chilled champagne.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 bottle (12 oz.) ginger beer
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp Culinary Lavender *Try our Culinary Lavender
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  • Grind lavender up in a food processor or blender so that it’s extremely fine, almost flour-like; set aside.
  • Heat water and sugar in a pot over stove until sugar is dissolved.
  • While that is heating, combine beer, vodka and lemon juice together in a large bowl.
  • Once sugar and water have combined to form simple syrup, add in lavender and stir; add mixture into bowl with alcohol.
  • Let bowl chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, allowing flavors to come out.
  • Enjoy!
