It finally looks like Spring has sprung in Michigan, and growth is everywhere! With just a few weeks left before we open on May 20 for our premier season as new owners of Lavender Hill Farm in Boyne City, we want to give visitors a look at the exciting changes happening on the farm.

We cannot wait for you to see our beautiful new gift shop. We’ve removed the ceiling to expose the wood trusses, installed new lighting and a warm gray wood floor. We’ve also installed a new handicap-accessible back door.

After touring the lavender farm and browsing our new selection of products, visitors can also relax and enjoy our local-made artisanal treats on our new outside patio outside with an awning and bistro tables and chairs.

The barn—in many ways the heart and soul of the farm—will be treated to many improvements this month.  A new roof tops the list, along with new doors and floors. The entire exterior will be repainted. The star will sparkle against the new paint!

For visitors traveling south on Horton Bay Road, a new Lavender Hill Farm logo sign painted on the back of the shed will be sure to catch your eye.

We hope our collective pride and love for Lavender Hill Farm is obvious to all. Whether you visit our farm or view our website, we strive to make every visitor’s experience a memorable and joyous occasion—one you will repeat season after season, year after year.
