Get Fit Bootcamp

June 16 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

A boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training — bursts of low and high impact training activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.  Bootcamp Workouts will vary slightly each week. Classes will include a mix of aerobic, strength training, and speed elements within each session. Modifications are given through class for different fitness levels. Barre Blend

June 16 @ 10:15 am - 11:15 am

A fun combination of barre, ballet, and Pilates style toning class. This class will have a strong emphasis on lean toning of the glute’s legs, and core, while working the entire body. The class will be low impact with cardio intervals during sets to burn and tone. This workout is a great addition to any cardio based classes or fitness routine.
