A type of dance fitness that has been around since the 1990s. It is the backbone of the dance fitness craze and incorporates a variety of Latin-inspired and pop dance moves with music to promote a healthy heart as well as a healthy dose of aerobic activity.  Zumba is a fun and exciting way to build and tone muscle, improve cardio, promote flexibility, and decrease stress. Children’s Book Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow flow yoga is a grounding movement practice that is for all yogic skill levels and ages. This yoga practice is deeply relaxing and connecting movement flow giving us tools to integrate into our lives.
