A type of dance fitness that has been around since the 1990s. It is the backbone of the dance fitness craze and incorporates a variety of Latin-inspired and pop dance moves with music to promote a healthy heart as well as a healthy dose of aerobic activity.  Zumba is a fun and exciting way to build and tone muscle, improve cardio, promote flexibility, and decrease stress. Children’s Book Yoga

Book yoga was created to foster in children a love of reading through specialized classes that combine traditional yoga poses with storylines of children’s books.
