Breathwork Meditation Workshop

Focusing on the breath is a wonderful tool for calming the mind. What better place to do so than among rolling and serene fields of lavender? Take in the beauty and smell the blooms in this workshop, where we will explore different breathing techniques to help us cultivate clarity and ease. When we meditate in a passive position the body naturally cools down, so dressing warmer or bringing an extra blanket can help alleviate the anticipated temperature difference.

This workshop is outdoors and will be cancelled if raining.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Laura’s yoga journey has been one of self-discovery and refinement. Her practice has allowed her to love her body, explore the depths of her mind and navigate her life with more authenticity. Her classes are designed with creative sequencing and a sense of playfulness. She encourages all her students to tap into their inner sense of play and exploration so that they can make their practice truly their own. Laura’s intention as a teacher is to create space for her students to tune in, connect with their breath, feel good in their bodies, and find some mental clarity.
