Lavender Libations Workshop

Join us at Lavender Hill Farm for a Cocktail 101 Workshop in our beautifully renovated events barn, rain or shine! Learn how to prepare fabulous Lavender cocktails for your next party with the guidance of expert bartender-mixologist Mike Dunlop. Guests will learn to make lavender simple syrup, and how to incorporate it into three different cocktail recipes. Make your next gathering a breeze with tips and tricks for batching mixed drinks for large groups. Attendees will leave with a bottled cocktail and one of Lavender Hill Farm’s Lavender Simple Syrups. Guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid photo ID to participate.
Cost: $50 per person. Cash or check only payments will be collected during the event.

Registration: Email Mike to sign up at mdbarcatering@gmail.com. Pre-registration is strongly suggested. This class has a minimum and maximum attendance requirement so reserve your spot today! If participant minimum is not met one week prior, the workshop will be canceled.

About the Instructor: Mike Dunlop has been in the restaurant/bar industry for 14 years and is the owner operator of Mike’s Bar Catering. You can experience his expertise mixology skills first hand at Cafe Sante, where he has honed his craft for the past 7 years. Mike has a vast knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and looks forward to incorporating lavender and sharing his passion with guests of Lavender Hill Farm.
