Tabata is a method of interval training which provides a whole-body workout. Starting with a warmup & continuing with lower body, upper body & core training, working & resting for a specific amount of time. An hour will pass quickly & enjoyably because Tabata is modifiable for all levels. Athletes, beginners & everyone in between will leave the barn feeling strong & energized. Start your summer day the best way!

RESTRICTIONS: All ages and skill levels welcome
TICKETS: No advanced reservations required
PLEASE BRING: a mat or large towel, sweat towel & water bottle. All other equipment will be provided.
