Stella! is an all-female, American roots trio from southeast Michigan featuring three-part vocal harmonies, a variety of instrument voices and original songwriting. The band was founded by singer-songwriter Jo Serrapere (founder and former member of the band Uncle Earl) and under the guidance and patronage of Dave Marsh (co-founder of Creem Magazine/ Rolling Stone contributor) recorded their debut album “Sorry Stella!” in 2012. The Stella ladies have performed at numerous festivals and concert series in the Great Lakes region and in March 2017, were invited to record a LIVE performance for Backstage Pass on WKAR/PBS. In fall 2017,
Julianna Wilson (The Springtails) took over as the newest member of the band, replacing Laura Ann Bates on upright bass and forming the band’s current line-up.
SAFETY FIRST. To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, we ask that everyone wear face masks when inside our facilities, participating in artisan classes, or within close range to others. We are actively taking steps to keep our farm as clean and as safe as possible and greatly appreciate your cooperation. We are operating in accordance with CDC guidelines.
