ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Tiffany Lenau discovered her passion for yoga in 1992 and developed a
strong personal practice in the years to follow.  She received her certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at It’s Yoga in San Francisco in 2005.  In 2007 she opened Yoga Roots with the intention of “creating sacred space for healing, peace and presence in our community”.  In 2011 she earned a 500-hour certification at Kripalu Center for Yoga and became the Dean and Founder of Be the Love Yoga Teacher Training School. A self-professed #YogaNerd she teaches yoga for kids, laughter yoga, acro yoga, yoga nidra, chair and gentle yoga.  She is also well known for sequencing a strong and creative vinyasa class.  Accompanied by Tibetan bowls, gongs, and harmonium she finds the deepest healing through the meditative therapeutics of sound healing, gong baths and chanting. Tiffany is a Reiki Master and bodyworker, a practitioner of Integrated Positional Therapy. Tiffany is infinitely grateful for the path of yoga. She has seen so many lives transformed through the wisdom and power of the practice. She considers herself blessed to be sharing this gift with her students, empowering them to find healing and peace within themselves.
