You will receive step-by-step guidance on the distillation process from start to finish. Lavender Planting Workshop

Learn how to plant and care for lavender and take home a lavender plant and a Growing and Using Lavender Guide! After a walking tour, the group will learn to plant lavender and how to care for the plant from infancy through adulthood. Light lavender refreshments will be provided. This is a rain or shine event, and all ages are welcome. Please dress in your gardening clothes and bring gloves.

A Walk with the Birds

Join avid birder Scott Castelein for an early morning adventure. Explore diverse habitats of LHF and possibly see various sparrows, raptors, ducks, woodpeckers, and other small passerine species.
