Yoga in Bloom

Enjoy the fresh air as you move through a guided yoga practice in the presence of nature. This group class includes a supported flow available to anyone, from the beginner to the advanced yogi. Yoga in Bloom is about having fun and finding nourishing poses, encouraging your practice to blossom! Each session will end with a soothing sound bath meditation. Get outdoors and come enjoy the beauty Lavender Hill Farm has to offer.

Please bring your own yoga mat if possible. If you do not have one, mats are available to rent for $5 upon arrival.

All sessions are outdoors unless weather does not allow. In the event of inclement weather, we will relocate indoors.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the farm. Pre-registration is required. Tickets are available for purchase up until 24 hours prior or until sold out.

Deep Rooted Yoga Day Retreat

Reconnect to a natural state of being. Our day will consist of soft grasses and stillness, rich lavender fields and laughter, nourishing foods and bright beverages, hands-on creation with clay and collected items, softening gentle movement and stretches, and the embrace of a sweeping sound bath. If you’re seeking an experience that will bring you back to your roots and closer to nature, you have found it.

11:30 – 12:00 Lavender Walk & Plant Collection
12:00 – 12:45 Picnic in the Lavender (provided by Provisions)
12:45 – 1:45 Plant Pressed Pottery
1:45 – 2:30 Earthing Restorative Yoga Flow
2:30 – 3:00 Rooted Sound Bath

Lunch will be provided by Provisions. Clay provided by Little Traverse Tileworks.

Please bring comfortable clothing, as well as a towel or yoga mat for yoga/sound bath. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.

Lunar Flow Yoga

This fun, slower paced lunar flow is all about tuning in and connecting with the energy of the full moon. While connecting with the breath, you will be guided through a grounded and tranquil flow that will leave you feeling more focused and centered. Each session will end with a soothing sound bath meditation. All levels are welcome.
