Use the map above to locate our two parking areas, entrances, accessible parking spaces, and golf cart pickup location.
Barn Loop: The horseshoe-shaped driveway surrounding Aunt Rose, below the main Barn.
Drying Shed Parking Lot: Our larger parking area on the South side of the property, adjacent to the Drying Shed and across the Land Bridge from the main farm buildings.
Where Should I Park?
November – April | Winter Parking
Please park in the Barn Loop.
During our quieter winter months, guests are welcome to park in the Barn Loop, conveniently located near the Barn, Farmhouse Boutique, and The Copper Room.
The Barn Loop is maintained for snow removal throughout the winter. Our larger Drying Shed Parking Lot may not be plowed or accessible during this time.
May & October | Flexible Parking
Both parking areas are available!
Guests visiting during May and October are welcome to park in either the Barn Loop or the Drying Shed Parking Lot.
Some special events and private gatherings may have designated parking arrangements. Please follow event-specific instructions and posted signage.
June – September | Summer Parking
Please park in the Drying Shed Parking Lot.
During our busy summer season, general guest parking is located in the Drying Shed Parking Lot, accessible directly from Horton Bay Road.
From the parking lot, guests can follow the walking route across the Land Bridge to reach our main farm attractions.
The Barn Loop is reserved for accessible parking and passenger drop-off and pickup only during these months. Additional accessible parking spaces are available in the Drying Shed Parking Lot.
Complimentary golf cart transportation is available for guests who need assistance.
Complimentary Golf Cart Transportation
We offer complimentary golf cart transportation May through October for guests who need assistance traveling between the Drying Shed Parking Lot and our main farm area.
June – Mid-August | Regular Transportation
During our busiest summer weeks, our team provides frequent golf cart transportation between the parking lot and the main farm area.
Guests needing assistance can wait at the designated golf cart pickup location near the Land Bridge.
May & Mid-August – October | Transportation Upon Request
During our quieter months, golf cart transportation is available upon request.
Guests who would like a ride are encouraged to call (231) 582-3784 upon arrival, and a team member will assist with pickup.
November – April | Winter Season
Golf cart transportation is not available during the winter months. Guests may park in the Barn Loop, closer to our main buildings.
Accessible Parking & Guest Drop-Off
We are committed to making Lavender Hill Farm welcoming and accessible to all guests.
Accessible Parking
Designated accessible parking spaces are available in both the Barn Loop and the Drying Shed Parking Lot.
During the summer season, guests with a valid accessible parking placard or license plate may park in the designated spaces in the Barn Loop, even when general parking is restricted to the Drying Shed Parking Lot.
Passenger Drop-Off & Pickup
Guests may use the Barn Loop for passenger drop-off and pickup throughout the year. During the summer season, drivers should proceed to the Drying Shed Parking Lot after dropping off passengers.
Additional Assistance
Guests with mobility concerns or specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact us before their visit so we can help plan the most convenient arrival experience.
Oversized Vehicles, Buses & Trailers
Our Drying Shed Parking Lot offers additional space to accommodate buses, RVs, trailers, and other oversized vehicles.
During the winter months, this parking area may not be plowed or accessible due to snow conditions.
Guests arriving with oversized vehicles during the winter season are encouraged to contact us in advance to confirm parking arrangements.
Please note that overnight parking and camping are not permitted.
Parking Policies & Reminders
No Overnight Parking: Overnight vehicle parking, camping, and vehicle storage are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Pets & Service Animals: Pets are not permitted at Lavender Hill Farm. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Follow Farm Direction: Parking arrangements may change for concerts, special events, private gatherings, weather conditions, or operational needs.
Keep Driveways Clear: Please do not block entrances, driveways, designated accessible spaces, or areas reserved for emergency and service vehicles.
Respect the Property: Please park only in designated parking areas and avoid driving or parking on landscaped areas and walking trails.
