  • 2-4 tbsp honey

Lemon-Lavender Blackberry & Ricotta Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 – 4 chicken leg quarters (or other chicken pieces)
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 10 cloves of garlic, peeled and halved
  • Several prigs of fresh lavender leaves
  • 1 lemon, cut into slices, rind & seeds (mostly) removed
  • Red Robin Seasoning and fresh ground pepper
