Lavender White Chocolate Popcorn
Movie Night will never be the same again. This simple popcorn recipe is made with just four ingredients which makes it very quick to make and oh so good! The perfect mix of sweet and salty, your family will ask for it again and again!
Ingredients:

½ cup white popcorn kernels

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 TBSP Lavender Hill Farm Culinary Lavender buds

Sprinkle of sea salt

Directions:

Pop the popcorn kernels

Transfer popped popcorn into a gallon size Ziploc bag

Melt white chocolate chips in microwave or using a double boiler

Grind culinary lavender buds using a mortar and pestle or crush with a rolling pin

Mix melted white chocolate and lavender dust together and pour into large Ziploc bag with the popped popcorn

Seal the Ziploc bag and shake the contents until everything is mixed together evenly

Place Ziploc bag in freezer for 15-30 minutes until white chocolate is hardened

Remove Ziploc bag from freezer and pour contents into a large popcorn bowl

Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
Tip: try mixing it up with Himalayan sea salt, or a dark chocolate drizzle over the top. Keep left overs in an air tight container.
