Created in partnership with fellow family-owned Northern Michigan businesses Aurora Cellars and Gypsy Spirits, the Copper Room is a place to gather, try something new, and stay awhile. It’s another reason to come together at the farm, whether you’re visiting Northern Michigan for the first time or you’re one of our neighbors down the road.

Gypsy Spirits was founded in Northern Michigan with a passion for creating exceptional spirits that reflect the people, places, and ingredients that make our home unique. What began with Gypsy Vodka has grown into a diverse portfolio of award-winning vodka, gin, bourbon, whiskey, rum, and ready-to-drink cocktails, with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and distinctly Michigan connections.
Our flagship Gypsy Vodka is seven-times distilled from Michigan sweet corn and blended with artesian water for an exceptionally smooth finish. Petoskey Stone Gin brings another piece of Northern Michigan into the bottle, featuring locally grown lavender from Lavender Hill Farm among its botanicals — making The Copper Room a particularly special place to experience the spirit.
Today, Gypsy Spirits operates our distillery in Bay Harbor, along with tasting rooms in downtown Petoskey and Traverse City. While our portfolio continues to grow, our roots remain firmly planted in Northern Michigan and in our belief that great spirits are best enjoyed with good people, a sense of adventure, and a little love for where you come from.
