All online orders are hand-packaged with care at Lavender Hill Farm. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–5 business days for processing before shipment.
We ship via USPS, which estimates delivery within 1–3 business days after your order leaves our facility. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location and USPS service conditions.
We recommend checking your USPS tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery information.

Returns & Exchanges
At Lavender Hill Farm, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with your online order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@lavenderhillfarm.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Food items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be returned in unused, original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise purchased in-store may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
