Lavender Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Looking to try a new recipe for Thanksgiving this year? Your family and friends will love these Lavender Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms!
- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- ¾ teaspoon dried culinary lavender buds
- 8 ounces large baby bella mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese and herbs. Stir with a fork until the goat cheese mixture is smooth.
Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Scoop the goat cheese mixture into the mushroom caps with a spoon and place mushrooms on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve as an appetizer or side dish and enjoy with family and friends!
