On October 7, 2026, we officially celebrated the grand opening of the Copper Room with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, live music, wine and spirit flights, and an evening spent connecting with our wonderful community.
Located at Lavender Hill Farm in Boyne City, the Copper Room brings a new tasting experience to the Petoskey area, inviting guests to discover locally crafted wines, spirits, deconstructed cocktails, mocktails, and small bites in a cozy, rustic setting.
Created in partnership with fellow family-owned Northern Michigan businesses Aurora Cellars and Gypsy Spirits, the Copper Room offers a place to explore something new and enjoy time together with loved ones.

Gypsy Spirits
Gypsy Spirits adds a distinctive taste of Northern Michigan’s craft spirits scene to the Copper Room. Guests can try different spirit flights and enjoy the craftsmanship behind a selection of spirits from our regional partner.
Together, Aurora Cellars and Gypsy Spirits help us create a tasting experience that celebrates the people, products, and places that make Northern Michigan special. This collaboration allows us to introduce our guests to more of the region’s locally crafted offerings while creating another way for people to connect at the farm.
