Summer Season: Our farm is free to visit and open to the public daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mid-May through late October).
Property Boundaries: Visitors must stay within designated public areas, including walking trails, the labyrinth, and gardens. Accessing the property outside of operational hours without written permission is prohibited.
Pets: For the safety of our guests and our plants, no pets are allowed on the farm. Properly licensed service animals are the only exception.
Personal Use: We encourage guests to take casual photos for personal use and social media. Please tag us!
Professional Photography: All posed or professional photography (family portraits, engagement shoots, etc.) requires a $50 session fee and must be booked in advance.
Drones: Drones are strictly prohibited during normal operating hours. Drone sessions must be booked at least two weeks in advance ($150 per half-hour) and require a valid FAA license.
Ticketed Events: Tickets for “The Series” concerts, workshops, and lunches are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations: In the event of extreme weather, we will notify ticket holders of any rescheduling.
Weddings: Private events and weddings are governed by a separate, specific venue contract provided at the time of booking.
Processing: Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing. We ship via USPS.
Food Items: All culinary products (lavender honey, tea, etc.) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Returns: For non-perishable merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
WARNING: Under Michigan law (NREPA Act 451), Lavender Hill Farm is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agritourism activity if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the activity. Inherent risks include, but are not limited to, the physical nature of the land (uneven terrain), unpredictable weather, and the behavior of wild or domestic animals. By entering the farm, you assume these inherent risks.
